Research on Time Division Multiplex of Statistic Traffic Peaks Theory and Application

A new concept of time division multiplex of statistic traffic peaks on the basis of extended concept of traditional time division multiplex is proposed in this paper.And a research on its theory,corresponding algorithms and its application modes is made.The modeling and simulation analysis based on experimental results on a real GSM radio network are given at the end of this paper,which indicate its significant value in corresponding engineering and theory research.
