To overcome the disadvantages of the traditional oil Measure system,The OFMAC Auto Measure Collection System of oil has been developed,it has more advantages,such as speediness,accuracy,high automation,etc.We introduced the structure of the OFMAC Auto Measure Collection System,discussed the realization of communication subsystem based on Delphi,and have given out the primary source code.
