Crowdsourcing translation comes into being with the development of information technology.This paper analyzes the origin of crowdsourcing translation and its definition,compares and contrasts the characteristics of crowdsourcing translation and traditional translation and then discusses the core issues of crowdsourcing translation: technology,translators and quality.
