Application of CORDIC Algorithm and FPGA in DigitalPulse Compression System of LFM Signal

Pulse compression system is widely used in order to improve both distance and resolution in Radar system. This paper describes the fundamental theory of pulse compression and realization of digital pulse compression system; Especially, it is in accord with specific application of FPGA and CORDIC Algorithm in digital pulse compression system.
