Development and Design of Management Information System of Dujiangyan Irrigation District Based on GIS

Tooking management information system of Dujiangyan irrigation district for instance,the key technique of constructing GIS platform is expounded.In this paper,the systematic structure and function goal is introduced,and the space information database which is accessed by ArcSDE on ORACLE database platfom is set up.Using AO component technique makes the system becomes more flexible and more adaptive,and the software according to the requirement of customer can be designed.
