On Copyright Protection of Short Message

Message,appearing as a new form of literature,is generally used along with the development of Internet transmission technology and mobile communication technology.Simultaneously,it results in lots of behaviors to infringe the copyright of message work come out here and there.This paper begins with the copyright of expounding message works and the type of infringement.It tries to find out the effective way to protect the copyright of message work with the technology and legal system in the modern social environment in order to balance the benefits of all aspects and realize the social efficiency of message work in greatest degree.
