Design and Implement of Metal Scrap Signal Transducer

Metal scrap signal transducer was designed to detect and remove metal scrap in the lubricating oil system.The permanent magnet was used in the probe.Metal scrap can be in time to capture in the oil,and after a certain amount the transducer sends alarm signal via an external circuit.The self-sealing oil circuit device was designed to achieve online clearing which does not affect the system work.Actual results show that the transducer possesses structure delicacy,stable performance,good clearing scrap,and suitable for different types of equipment which need to detect and remove metal scrap.
