Remote ATS based on wireless network

Traditional ATE has low movable ability because of wire. ATE based on Bluetooth could satisfy short distance wireless test. But most of them couldn’t achieve the requirement of remote test. ATS the paper investigates adopt wireless and remote test technology to satisfy maneuverability of the test equipment, not only easy to transfer and maintenance, but also improve maneuverability and real time requirements effectively.
