A new blind estimation of time offset for PCC-OFDM

A new algorithm of blind estimation of time offset is proposed for PCC-OFDM is carried out. Fast coarse estimation of time offset based on circular convolution of the signal envelop and the window function first. Then the variance of decoded signal is used to obtain the accurate estimation. No training symbols, pilot or cyclic prefix extensions are required. Simulation results show the improved precision of the proposed algorithm compared with existed algorithms.
