Internet finance provides consumers with convenient services and considerable income and thereby attracts a large number of consumers.Therefore,how to systematically and perfectly protect the consumers' rights in the Internet finance has become a major issue to be solved legislatively.The systems of consumers' rights protection in the Internet finance should be established by defining the subjects of consumption,perfecting the system of information publication,and improving relevant laws as well as the protective mechanism of the industry.
