Transmission Protocol on Mobile Satellite Communication Data Based on Channel Prediction

Data can be transmitted in the mobile satellite communication channel.However,the bandwidth utilization ratio will be rapidly decreased with the increased bandwidth.Although UDP can make a fast transmission,it is not a reliable protocol yet.Based on the UDP,this paper researches the principle of the TCP and adds the three-way handshake module into it.The channel prediction algorithm module by case-based reasoning is also embeded into it so as to realize the self-adaptive in the mobile satellite communication.The result is improving the bandwidth utilization ratio.
