The autonomous system gives farmers the chances of involving themselves in politics.However,farmers' political involvement is affected by various factors.The authors make an analysis of reasons that farmers passively involve themselves in ploitics from 5 aspects,that is ,economic state ,farmers' schooling,democratic tradition, country official's corruption and ancestral ideas ,this providing practical and effective solutions
