Present situation and countermeasures of small and medium shareholders' online vote

In this paper,the situation of online voting by medium and small shareholders is analyzed and sums up the existing problems,proposes the countermeasures to strengthen the propaganda,establish the online voting intermediary agent mechanism,lengthen online voting deadline,and introduce the classified vote ratio.
