This paper discuss a new service structure for generalized distributed data sharing and mediation using XRIs(Extensible Resource Identifiers).This paper presents several common distributed data sharing challenges,e.g.identification,authentication,authorization,mediation, and synchronization,and then explains how the Dataweb model can be applied to solve them.Lastly,It mention structure and model of Dataweb.
