Transmission of H.264 Video over Wireless Networks Based on RTP and Qos Control

This paper presents a method for the effective transmission of H.264 video over wireless networks based on the RTP/RTCP protocol,Aiming at wireless QoS mechanism. this system applies a RTCP feedback rate control algorithm on NAL layer, which can adjust the sending rate dynamically according to the packet loss rate to realize congestion control,and on the VCL, interleaved forward error corrected (FEC)and data partition are used, Experimental results show that this method is good for the transmission of coded video data in wireless channels.
