Performance measurement analysis of high-speed campus network

With the popularization of the Internet,the performance evaluation and measurement of high-speed campus network is more and more important. In order to require a more directive and objective understanding to the construction of the network and the built network,it is necessary to further understand the characteristics of the network performance. This paper discusses some characteristics of the Internet performance which include Delay,Jitter,Throughput,Packet Loss and Bandwidth. It focuses on the classification measurement of bandwidth through the CHARIOT,and uses the mean value analysis and deviation analysis to the measured data.
