Development of Medical Image Remote Interactive Diagnosis system for Wartime Military Medical Service

Objective To develop a real-time/high-speed medical image remote interactive diagnosis system for military medical service drilling . Methods The system was developed by means of VC++6.0, LeadTools toolkits and VNC open source code in Windows 2000/XP operating system. Results The system could effectively collect and process medical images for remote interactive diagnosis with picture and writing report produced. Conclusion The real-time/high-speed system has the advantage of exchanging high-quality images even under low-bandwidth wireless network conditions. It can enhance the level of informationization for military medical service and has a wide application prospect.
