Business Process Reengineering of Management Information System for Gas Enterprises

Implementing the necessary business process reengineering(BPR) in the construction of management information system(MIS) is one of the fundamental works in the information of gas enterprises.The common problems in implementing BPR for gas enterprises are described,and an universal solution is put forward.The scheme of BPR for one of the key subsystems is illustrated and analyzed.
