Analysis of the Equity Issue of Network Resources Configuration from the Angle of Disposition

During the process of network information resources configuration,there might appear inequity phenomena due to various reasons,such as economic and concepts emerging inequities.The paper has analyzed the reason from the angle of distribution main-body and distribution elements,and put forward solution programs.
