C-semigroups and the Complete Second Order Abstract Cauchy Problem

The equivalent condition for operator matrix M=[pA0+qIA00] to generate an =(C00)C-semigroup is obtained by using C-semigroups theory when p=-q=1.The relationship between the fact that pA0+qIA00generateC00C-semigroups and the Complete Second Order Abstract Cauchy Problem is also given.
