An Evolutionary Algorithm for Solving Constrained Optimization Problems

The productive method on the initial population is studied by using genetic algorithms to solve the constrained optimization problems.The study gives the new method of initial population evolution.By using this method,the speed of caculation is obviously faster than that of using the random caculation directly to evolve the initial population.
