Technique Study on Medium Composition for Cotton Seedling Culture

The medium composition for seedling culture of cotton were studied.Results showed that medium made of vermiculite and river sand was the best for cotton seedling cultivation.The best density was 8 cm×2 cm,and seedling density was 569.0个/m2,root-top ratio was 0.210.
