On the Ensurance System of Realization of Election Rights

The paper discusses the problem of realization of the citizen′s election rights on the basis of a case.It is pointed out that the bribery phenomenon in the process of election has exposed disadvantages,and the realization of election rights was one of the importart factors.To ensure the citizen′s election rights, we must clear the process of the realization of the citizen′s rights,reconsider the intension and extension of election rights,attach importance to the factors which restrict the realization of election rights,strengthen the construction in the system of election.
