On Principles of Undertaking Product Liability

The principles of undertaking product liability have evolved from contract liability to infringment liability, and from faulty liability to rigorous liability. The current principle of undertaking product liability stipulated by the law of product quality is a comprehensive structure of product liability with the focus on rigorous liability accompanied by faulty liability and warranty liability.
