The paper introduces the initiation and development of popularizing and applying Management Information System(MIS) in the Changjiang and Pearl River Watershed Rehabilitation Project,as well as the logic framework and the main functions of the MIS.The overall assessment of the performance is analyzed,and the upgrading and replication potentials are further explored.
