Welding Procedure for Tube to Tube Sheet Weld of Million-kilowatt-class Nuclear Power Steam Generator

The characteristic and welding procedure of nuclear steam generator tube to tube sheet weld was ananlyzed.There are many control parameters in automatic argon arc welding process,which can make a complex influence on the welding process and quality control.The good quality of weld can be acquired under good matching variable parameters.By the factory production,it can be shown that different parameters make a variant weld quality and stability.Based on analysis of the similarities and differences in process parameter variables,the reference for optimization and standardization of tube to tube sheet welding process were given.
