Design and simulation of Wuhan Digital Traffic Surveillance System

In order to address traffic congestion more efficiently,the paper proposed a design for Digital Traffic Surveillance System that satisfies both managers and citizens.This system analyses the traffic flow in real time,and also provides relative GIS functions.Once traffic congestion occurs,this system can provide decision support for congestion-relieving plan which takes advantage of micro transportation circulations intelligently.
