Design of Read and Write Control for NAND Flash Memory Device

Aiming at application of NAND Flash memory device in embedded system,the paper analyses the interface design method of Flash memory device.According to read and write features of NAND Flash,the read/write control method and driver process of a memory device are designed using Hynix Semiconductor Company's H27U1G8F2B Flash.The method can apply to read and write control of all kinds of NAND Flash,and it has good program structure and high efficiency.
