Modern teaching affair management platform has played an important role to strengthen efficiency and improve the quality of teaching.Network Center of Harbin Medical University developed teaching affair network management platform which uses.NET Framework and C sharp language and SQL SERVER 2005 database technologies.This article analyses the system's design idea and briefly explains the system development key technologies and implementation.
