A New Time-Domain Design Algorithm of FIR Multirate Filter Banks

By explicitly analyzing a time-domain methodology for designing FIR multirate filter banks,a new method for time-domain design is improved,and the explicit design algorithm is given.(Finally),it is pointed out that the method can also be improved to the design of two-channel unequal linear phase PR FIR QMF.Some design examples are given to show the correctness of the new design method.
