With the popularization of Internet,people frequently look for information on the network.How to mine the data on Web effectively becomes the focus in research,The new generation's fact standard of Internet data organization and exchange——XML,is proposed to be used in Web data mining,this text proposes a model of Web content mining system based on XML.
