Teaching Quality Evaluation Based on GIOWA Operator

There is no clear epitaxial boundary in the evaluation index of teaching quality,which has the very strong fuzziness.According to the demand of the construction and management of college teachers,the fuzzy evaluation theory has been widely used with development of social progress,science and technology.In the view of the strong fuzziness of evaluation objects,the evaluation index of teaching quality has been discussed using the group decision theory with GIOWA operator.A model of the teaching evaluation index has been structured,and the model has been validated with the evaluation of several teachers.
