With the rapid development of Internet,the importance the information security in the building of medical information is being more significant.Meanwhile,identity certification in health information system based on HER(electronic health record) is the key factor in many security problems.This article mainly talk about security mechanism based PKI in health system,analysis the trust model' characters and design special trust model for the health system,which core function is order to enable the system more security and effective.
