A Mathematical Model for the Hierarchization of Web Information and Its Second-Best Algorithm

To make a survey on the problem of Web information issuance and build a simple mathematical model for the hierarchy of information,we obtain a second-best solution of the simplified model by the second-best solution algorithm of the hierarchization of Web information,and compare it with the optimal solution algorithm on their performances in practical problems.
