The general testing equipment for hydraulic winch is stand with tower counterbalance;device is bulky and inconvenient to operate.It costs high to build testing stand with tower counterbalance too.Describes test stand which uses IPC as core of PC control system and SIMATIC S7-200 series PLC as control module of next-bit machine test device operates reliably and realizes remote control and data acquisition.
