With the rapid development of internet and network technology, the data of modern information systems grows in explosion way.Data security and continuity of operations is more important than the hardware itself, the demand of high-speed data access and smooth simple expansion becomes urgent day by day.The previous storage technology just treat storage device as appendant equipment of the server, large volume data exchange between servers can only rely on traditional network,it can't adapt to the development of IT technology in terms of speed,security,cross-platform sharing, unlimited expansion, etc.SAN technology is born in this case.
