The Development of Electric Expense Cards for Large Double-users

This paper puts up the general design of management information system(MIS) of power consumption, introduces the structural function of electric expense management, designs the electric expense cards for large double-users. Through the detailed analysis of the business procedure and data procedure of electric expense management, various kinds of information are reasonably designed, such as user,transformer and meter, the inputting and modification of large double-users’ dynamic data, the calculation and inquiry of electric consumption and electric expense, the output of different statistical reports. Thus it can process large double-users’ electric consumption and electric expense and other relevant information quickly, the level of electric expense information management being greatly raised.
