Funds calculation helps colleges to use their education resources efficiently.The college funds calculation system is designed for well standard and reasonable college funds expenditure.The funds calculation model partitions college funds into three parts: student funds,specialty developing funds,common teaching funds.Some formulas are outlined,and calculation equivalent method is used to eliminate differences of calculating factors.The general architecture and functions of the system are given,and several application technologies are outlined.This college funds calculation model is well applied in practice.
