Computer simulation of typical spiking of excitable cells

Objective:In order to studying neural coding algorithm,three different types of neural firing of excitable cells were simulate with computer.Methods:Computing the Chay model which simulates the firing of neurons under different coefficients.Results:Three different types of neuronal firing have be gotten:periodic repetitive firing,bursting and mixed firing.Conclusion:The results of simulation have provided the useful dates for the further studying of neural coding.
