Study on the Key Technologies of Talent View Management System in Agricultural Universities

According to the shortcomings in the talents evaluation system of agricultural universities,a Web-based talent view management system was constructed,and some key technologies,including the connection of system to the all-purpose card,the development of secure browser and the rapid processing of data and so on,were systematically elaborated.
