An Improved Consistency Maintenance Model for Rule-based Spatiotemporal Topology
Feng Yucai · Jisuanji gongcheng · 2005
The paper presents a novel view of spatiotemporal data consistency. A rule-based strategy is proposed to handle spatial topology semantic consistency. The rules are used to govern topological relations between pairs of objects as well as multiple objects in databases by defining rules and constraint expressions. As a further research, the strategy is extended to spatiotemporal systems by introducing versioned rules to maintain spatiotemporal consistency. The proposed techniques are useful for detectingtopology relation in local range and improving the efficiency of data analysis.
