Implementation of Commander's Decision Evaluation Based on Analytical Hierarchy Process

The multi-hierarchy structure of commanders's decision indexes is established by using analytical hierarchy process in this paper. Two key indexes, damage probability of enemy and damage probability of our army are normalized. In the end, the accuracy of the commander's realtime decision can be improved 80% by using this software of evaluation.
