Information Service Platform of Ningbo Port

The paper, based on the construction of smart city, analyzes the present situation and the problems in the informatization construction of Ningbo Port, proposes ways and means to construct the information service platform employing the foreign and domestic advanced practices and discusses the key technology, physical architecture, main functions and concrete measures as required in the platform.
