Objective Evaluating the capability of automated hematology analyzer (XT-2000i).Methods Measuring the blood routine test using XT-2000i,analyzing it basing on the Intermational Council for Standardization in Hematology(ICSH)and the National Committee for Clinical Standards(NCCLS).Results It showed a satisfactory repro ducibility、linearity and low interference;there is ahigh correlation with XE-2100.Conclusion The XT-2000i is a precise、acuurate system.
