Design and Implementing of Personnel Recruitment GDSS Based on B/S Framework

This paper analyzes the characteristics of enterprise personnel recruitment process according to the group decision making,and then designs personnel recruitment group decision support system(GDSS) based on B/S framework with Web technology.This system has been designed and implemented by the type of remote decision-making network,and it's accessible by authorized decision makers without time and geographical constraints.So it has become the professional,intelligent and scientific way in personnel recruitment process.This personnel recruitment GDSS has been applied in practical teaching successfully and gained ideal results indicating that the system is feasible and practical.
