Practice of strengthening the construction of academic journal's authors, reviewers and editorial team

In order to adapt the development of our academy's discipline's construction under the new situation, and improve the journal's window function serving the academy, by combining with the actual work in the editorial department of journal of air force early warning academy(JAFEWA), this article discusses the practice for enhancing the level and quality of papers in terms of authors, reviewers and the construction of editorial team. Practice shows that these experiences are feasible for enhancing the academic quality and impacts.
