Survey of P2P technologies

P2P(Peer-to-Peer)system is composed of a set of nodes whose statuses are equal.One node can communicate with another directly.After introducing the concept of P2P,the classification of P2P networks,some P2P protocols and software,and analyzing the status of P2P research and the open problems in this field,the conclusion is drawn that the decentralization characteristic of P2P tech-nology fits in with the Internet very well,and it has strong adaptation and service capacity.
