Research on Image Jointing Algorithm for the Inner Surface of the Artillery Bore

Adopting computer image jointing technology, a fast seamless image-jointing algorithm for the inner local surface picture is presented. In this algorithm, Harris corner detection operator is chosen to extract and match the feature points automatically. The relaxation iterative method is applied to eliminate the false matching. At last, the weighted amalgamation algorithm is used to blend images and the seamless image of the inner surface of the artillery bore can be generated.
