Medical Image Segmentation and Display Based on ITK、MITK and MFC

ITK is a development toolkit for medical image segmentation and registration.Although it has provided almost all algorithms,it can't be visualized.MITK is a C++ library for integrated medical image processing and analyzing developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences.MITK has following advantages,such as interfaces consistency,repeatability,and high efficiency,but its algorithms are not diverse.The visualization problem is aim to solve for ITK by MITK which is based on MFC,and combine ITK,MITK and MFC to develop application for 2D DIOCM image segmentation with the implementation of fast marching algorithm.
