Preparation of new starch adhesive and its application

A new versatile starch adhesive was prepared and the properties of the prepared starch adhesive were also studied.The effect of process parameters during starch acid oxidating and gelatinizing on the product properties was examined and the optimum process conditions were determined.The results showed that the new starch adhesive has more excellent performance than general starch adhesive.The new starch adhesive is not only used for paper products,such as corrugated box,textile spool etc.,but also suited for the applications in which the requirement of appearance is higher,such as internal wall coating material etc.
